Ours was a major and complex job, since a portion of our two storey house literally has a glass roof that after 20 years needed replacing. Broco was unbelievably professional and efficient throughout. It was a pleasure interacting with every one of their people, both on site and in the office. The job was done on time and under budget. In fact, we had a fixed price quote. After the job was finished, we received a phone call from Broco indicating that they had spent slightly less time than originally budgeted, and would give us a refund for the amount saved. I have never heard of a construction firm with a fixed price contract doing this! Overall, first rate and highly recommended!

I came into the Broco Coquitlam store on Friday July 24th 2009 around 4pm to get a chip in my windshield repaired. Fernando was able to get the team to work on my car immediately and within 20 minutes it was ready for me to drive home. Originally I had contacted Boyd Auto Glass to repair my windshield but they informed me that if I was not able to be at their location by 4:15 pm they could not help me. Their lack of service and inflexible hours made me reconsider the notion of patroning their establishment.

During the time I was waiting for my car, Fernando chatted with me and was friendly, fun and approachable. I am very satisfied with the service that I have received from the team at Broco. Fernando, Kurtis, Edwin, and Isidro were professional, courteous, and provided me with exemplary customer service.
