How do I Register as a Broker?

At this Page find the First Time Agents Register here. Complete the easy to use online registration and Apply. Head Office will Approve your Agency, once a Verification check has been done.

When you purchase a Broco Glass Service Contract, we will cover your exterior glass in your home or Rental.

How Can I make A Claim?

Have your policy in front of you. If you don't have a copy, you can go online and reprint a copy of your policy by Logging in, then from the menu list, choose "check your purchase history" and reprint your policy.

How do I make an ICBC Windshield Claim?

For a Windshield Claim, Just go to your nearest ICBC claim center. No appointment necessary
There's a special lane for windshields. Hand your insurance papers to the receptionist to verify Comprehensive coverage. You do not need to get out of your vehicle. She will ask a few questions. The whole process should take 5 to 10 minutes. Bring your vehicle and claim to your nearest Broco Auto Glass location. Click Here

How do I make an ICBC Tempered Glass Claim?

Any side glass or back glass is a tempered window in your vehicle.

  1. Phone police to get a police file number, if your vehicle was vandalism.
  2. If not vandalism, go directly to the nearest claim center and make a claim.
  3. Call ICBC Hot line (604) 520-8222 to make an appointment to get a claim.
  4. For out side the lower mainland 1-800- 910-4222.
  5. Once ICBC have issued a claim, bring your vehicle and the claim to your nearest Broco Auto Glass location. Click Here

Will a Windshield or glass claim affect my insurance?

NO! If the insurance claim is through your Comprehensive Coverage, then no it does not affect your insurance premiums or your safe drivers discount.

Will Broco locations accept Private Insurance claims?

Yes! All Broco locations can handle any Private Insurance glass claim. Just bring your vehicle to the nearest Broco Auto Glass location and the manager or receptionist will help walk you through the process.

Does it matter how many claims I make?

No! It does not matter how many claims are made against your comprehensive coverage.

How long will it take to fix my Windshield?

Some vehicles are a little more high tech than others; the average single air bag vehicle takes approximately 3 to 4 hours, depending on the product used. Vehicles with duel air bags takes approximately 4 to 8 hours depending on the product used.

Do you offer Courtesy Cars?

Yes, at Broco Auto Glass we do have courtesy cars available at no charge to the customer, except for fuel used in the vehicle.

Is it safe to drive in the rain after my windshield installation?

Yes! Long as the vehicle sat for the proper drive away time as shown above, you can drive your vehicle in the rain.

If I have just a stone chip in my windshield, can this be repaired?

Yes! The Insurance Company will repair up to three repairs with your comprehensive coverage.

How do I know the Work is Satisfactory?

All work serviced by a Broco Auto Glass & Upholstery locations is guaranteed. Each Broco location has a government certified technicians, who's skills are upgraded annually.

How do I know I'm getting original parts?

Somewhere located on your replacement windshield should be a stamp that shows "AS 1" (American Safety Standards). This stamp will indicate the part has been approved.

If there is a scratch in my windshield, can I buff the scratch out?

A quick test for yourself, is to run your fingernail across the scratch. If you can feel the scratch with your fingernail, the scratch is too deep to buff out. Even if you buff out rub marks in the glass, the glass may be distorted for clear vision.
