"Just prior to Christmas, my car was broken into while parked in downtown Vancouver. My rear driver side window was smashed leaving me a few gifts short.

The next day, despite it being Christmas Eve I called the North Vancouver Broco Auto Glass shop and was assured that the staff would be able to take care of the window that afternoon. Upon my arrival it was discovered that the glass available was not a correct match . Carlos and his staff took great care to assure me that they would order the correct glass for me.

Although they were on the edge of an early closing for Christmas, Carlos then proceeded to cover my rear window with plastic. I felt reassured and my anxiety eased by their empathy and goodwill.

I returned the following week and his staff provided me with excellent service. In the midst of the transaction I left behind my insurance documents. As soon as I arrived home a message was waiting notifying me of my missing documents and an offer to drop them off. This was a further demonstration of Carlos' commitment to the customer.
